Armel Kessie is an innovative and passionate footballer who has been following the game since childhood. Armel grew up in a very football-orientated environment and decided to cultivate his passion for scouting.
In 2015, he began working with several football clubs and in 2017, he joined the Ambition Group team.
Armel is constantly on the lookout for new talent.
Faisal Ondobo
Head of Talent Identification
Faisal is passionate about football and has a wealth of experience in discovering young talent. Faycal has followed as many international leagues and tournaments as possible, specialising in identifying talent from often overlooked and underrated leagues and regions. He also covers tournaments such as the African Cup of Nations in all categories from U16 to Seniors.

Abdel is passionate about football. He combines work and passion on a daily basis to develop AG Sport.
He has a great vision for discovering new talent. His passion and dedication are assets that enable him to criss-cross the continents, mainly Europe, Africa and the Middle East, in search of emerging talent. He also has excellent technical analysis skills.

Cristina brings a wealth of experience with her, having worked with various sports clubs for over 10 years. With her knowledge of accounting, she will considerably strengthen our finance department.
